BEI is committed to creating programs that support advancing and fostering an engaged, diverse, and inclusive environment for communities of color. Our programs strive to provide resources, knowledge, access, and capital to build sustainable equity and growth in black communities and businesses. 

We partner and collaborate with our sponsors, vendors, and the community to pursue our commitment to activate our 4 Pillars of Black Excellence throughout the black community. 

We are developing and supporting educational and mentorship programs for the academic advancement of black youth and adults. We promote positive learning spaces and mentoring opportunities that encourage ongoing education. 

We are creating and partnering on programs that contribute to the economic impact in black communities. Our goal is to equip the black community with the resources to build generational wealth and close the gap in economic disparities. 

Creating experiences and opportunities for community development and empowerment, playing a positive role in producing homeowners, business professionals, and contributing members of society. 

We are developing and supporting diverse business programs that provide access to capital, business education, networks, and business development to grow black enterprises and support black entrepreneurs.
