Your Black Excellence Night ticket includes access to the event, the selected professional basketball game, and the attached events! When you purchase a game ticket from our event ticketing links, you purchase a ticket to the event. You must purchase a game ticket from our ticketing links to attend any portion of the event program including the game. 

The game ticket is the event ticket. The event is in partnership with the game and is one ticket. All participants are required to have a ticket to enter the arena at any point for the event. We do not offer vendor-only or event-only (excluding the game) tickets. 

If you attend the game but not the event or the event but not the game, there are NO REFUNDS for what you missed! You are required to have a ticket for entry to Black Excellence Night. You cannot enter the arenas without a ticket. 

The game/event ticket supports our fundraiser. 

• MOBILE TICKETS: All event tickets are mobile and available under your account via the Team's App.  

• HOW TO ACCESS YOUR MOBILE TICKETS? You must download the team's app. Use the same email address to create the account as you used to purchase your tickets to the event. Once signed in, you can access/transfer your tickets.  

• YOU ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE A TICKET UPON ENTRY, WHETHER AN EVENT TICKET OR A GAME TICKET. YOU CANNOT ENTER THE ARENA WITHOUT A TICKET. 

• EVENT CHECK-IN PROCESS: Have your Black Excellence Night ticket confirmation email or your game-only ticket donation confirmation ready to present at check-in. 

Ticket prices, ticket levels, and event programming differ per city and NBA team. 

• The Upper/Platinum level is General Admission for all cities.
• The Lower Level and Suites are VIP Admission for all cities. 
• All ticket holders per city will automatically be entered into our raffle for the chance to win up to 15,000 complimentary air miles. The winners are announced at the event before the games.

Black Excellence Night Group Tickets

Black Excellence Night Suite Tickets 

 - Game suites are available for purchase to enjoy the event and the game. Suite tickets are qualified as VIP tickets. Please contact our Team below to arrange your Event/Game Suites for Black Excellence Night.

• For Dallas - Doors open at 9:00 a.m. Enter through the South Entrance. The Check-in booths will be directly in front of the main event doors inside the arena. Check-in booths will close at 11:00 a.m. 
• For San Antonio - Doors open at 2:30 p.m.  Enter through the NE VIP Entrance located to the right of the Main Arena doors. The ticket check-in booth will be directly in front of the NE VIP Entrance inside the arena and the event attendee check-in will be located at the HEB Zone entrance. The Event Attendee Check-in booth will close at 4:30 p.m. 
• For Phoenix - Doors open at 11:00 a.m. Enter through the Ticketing doors located to the right facing the arena. The Check-in booths will be directly in front of the main event doors inside the arena. Check-in booths will close at 3:00 p.m. 

Please check in at the Registration Tables upon arrival to receive event items per city. 

• THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON ALL EVENT TICKETS AT ANY LEVEL PER CITY. All sales are final, and refunds are only allowed in limited circumstances. Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event and seat selection. 

• There will be selected food and beverage concession stands and bars open during the event per event location. 
• All concession stands and bars accept all major payment forms and cash.
• All concession stands will be available during the professional basketball games. 

The event in-and-out policy varies based on the arena. 

• Dallas In/Out Policy - Ticket holders can only go in/out of the arena during the event. There are no in/outs during the game. 
• San Antonio In/Out Policy - There are no in/out of the arena upon check-in at the Event or Game. If you leave the Arena and wish to return, your scanned ticket will no longer be valid.  You must purchase another ticket for re-entry to the Arena for the Event or Game.  
• Phoenix In/Out Policy - Ticket holders can exit the arena after the program/ before the game and return later for the game. No in/out during the program or game. 

Parking is not included in the ticket. Parking will be available during event hours. Fees vary based on parking location per arena. 

Event Parking Per City: 

• Dallas Parking - Parking is available in the Comerica Silver Parking Lot on Victory Ave. The parking cost is $30 and up; parking may vary. The parking lot will open at 6:00 AM. Parking is also available at the Lexus Parking Garage; fees do apply. Street parking is also available; park at your own risk. 
• San Antonio Parking - Parking is available in Lot 4. Visit https://fevo.me/march4th to purchase for Black Excellence Night.

If you leave your parking space/lot, you are responsible for any re-entry fees per location. We have no control over arena parking fees. 

• Dallas Bag Policy - Please follow the Bag Policy at the American Airlines Center. 
• San Antonio Bag Policy  - Please follow the Bag Policy at the AT&T Center
• Phoenix Bag Policy  - Please follow the Bag Policy at the Footprint Center 

The prohibited and allowed items vary based on the arena. We do not allow handguns or firearms, or weapons of any kind at our events. NO OUTSIDE FOOD AND BEVERAGES ARE ALLOWED AT ANY ARENA. 

• Dallas - Find prohibited and allowed items inside the American Airlines Center.
• San Antonio -Find prohibited and allowed items inside the AT&T Center 
• Phoenix - Find prohibited and allowed items inside the Footprint Center 

You can bring your purchased items in and out of the arena during the event. Once the game starts, all items must be returned to your car as they will not be allowed in the arena for the game. 

Post-Game Free Throws

You are invited to stay after the game to shoot a free throw on the Spurs' court. Once the game is completed, you will line up in a single file line outside of Section 122 along the concession stands.  Once the court is cleared you will be escorted down to the court

For Black Excellence Night, we follow the guidelines set forth by the arena where our events take place: 

• Please see the COVID-19 Guidelines for the American Airlines Center

• Please see the COVID-19 Guidelines for the Footprint Center 

If the arena or event space does not have set COVID-19 guidelines, guests must still follow our COVID-19 Guidelines per event. If you test positive for COVID-19, monkeypox, or any contagious illness, we ask that you sit this one out and focus on your health. Only those who test positive may request a refund for any tickets purchased. 

• If a guest requires accessible seating for our event games, accommodations may be made before that game based on availability. If this service is needed, the guest must contact us to arrange for relocation into accessible seating for themselves and one companion. 
• As accessible seating is limited, advance notice is preferred for Guest Services to accommodate all our disabled guests. Day-of-event game ticket exchanges are on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Wheelchair and scooter rentals are not available during the event before the games. 

• Children under the age of 18 years old are allowed to attend Black Excellence Night. All teens and kids are required to have a ticket. The event is appropriate for children 12 and up and must have an event ticket for entry. We will not have an area designated for kids. Parents are required to be with their kids at all times. 
• Anyone under the age of 21 is not allowed inside the Bar/Lounges where alcohol is being served. If we find anyone trying to sneak in, all parties will be removed from the arena. 

• Come dress to impress and look your best! Coming comfortable is fine, too but put your best foot forward, not behind you. 

• By attending Black Excellence Night, you waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or products and/or the advertising copy or other matter containing the Subject’s Likeness or the Subject’s Story. You further waive any right to compensation received by Black Excellence Night or Giving Keys of Hope in association with the commercialization of the Subject’s Likeness or the Subject’s Story, including the sale of said Subject’s Likeness or the Subject’s Story in one or more stock pictures.  You waive any and all rights to any claim for payment or royalties in connection with the showing of the videotape, photograph, broadcast, or rebroadcast of the Subject’s Likeness or the Subject’s Story and/or regardless of medium (e.g., television broadcast, electronic or digital media, printed material, newsprint, brochures, all printed collateral, motion pictures and video).

• For Dallas - The Midnight Mixer (CANCELLED)
• For San Antonio - All event ticket holders are welcome to attend the After game mixer at Smoke Riverwalk sponsored by Ash Riverwalk San Antonio from 9:00 PM - 12:00 AM. Guests that have attended the Black Excellence Event will receive a complimentary entrance by showing their confirmation email. Game-only ticket holders do not receive complimentary access and are subject to the door fee (which may vary at the entrance).
• For Phoenix - All event ticket holders are welcome to attend the After game mixer at Phoenicia from 9:00 PM - 12:00 AM. Guests that have attended Black Excellence Night Phoenix receive complimentary entry until 11:00 PM. Game-only ticket holders do not receive complimentary access and are subject to the door fee (which may vary at the entrance).

• The NBA has officially released the new time change for the game on Sunday. We have worked with the Dallas Mavericks and the American Airlines Center to rearrange the event to accommodate attending the program, the Dallas Mavericks game, and to provide the opportunity to catch the Dallas Cowboys playoff game. 

• *Tickets purchased from Ticketmaster directly, third-party ticketing companies (VividSeats, SeatGeeks, etc.), and tickets from the team's websites do not grant access to the event program. It only provides access to the game. We encourage you to purchase tickets from the ticket links on our website. If you already have a ticket to the game, please see below. 

This only applies to those who already have a ticket to the game but wish to attend Black Excellence Night. We encourage all interest participates to use our Ticket Links to purchase tickets to the Event, which includes the game. For those with game-only tickets, please see below how you can participate in Black Excellence Night per city. 

Dallas: You can pay the donation fee at the door. Door Fee: $20 for Adults/Young Adults (13 and up)  | $10 for kids (12 and under) 

San Antonio and Phoenix: You must pay the donation fee in advance. We will not accept donations or door fees at the door. Use the QR CODE below to send the donation door fee. Please show your game ticket and donation payment at the door for check-in. If you need a donation slip, please request a slip at check-in. 

For San Antonio: Make a donation of $20 for Adults/Young Adults (13 and up)  | $10 for kids (12 and under) | Game-Only Ticket Donation does not include access to the Post Game shoot around 

For Phoenix: Make a donation of $20 for Adults/Young Adults (13 and up)  | $10 for kids (12 and under) | Game-only Ticket Donation does not include access to the Networking Mixer or Pre-game players shoot around 

*All game-only ticket holders are considered General Admission and exclude specific event program access. You are required to have an event/game ticket or game/only with a donation fee to enter the arena for the event at any time.
